Delete your aspaas account

In the app

Open Profile, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account and every business listing it owns are deleted immediately, together with their photos. If your number has both a customer and a shop owner account, both are deleted.

Without the app

Email us from any address with the phone number registered with aspaas. We confirm ownership (for example with a one-time code to that number) and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (phone number, name, customer and shop owner accounts), all listings you own and their photos, and your sign-in sessions. Reports you sent about other listings are kept without your contact details for moderation records. Records we must keep by law (if any) are kept only for the required period.
